1. We will talk about the new reality you are ready to enjoy as a non-smoker/non-vaper, free of the cigarettes/vapes for life. I will explain every step of this process to you before anything happens.
You will understand how this process works and why hypnotherapy is so effective. You will feel completely comfortable, and excited to begin.
2. During hypnosis I will work with your subconscious mind. You don’t have a conscious problem. You didn’t consciously decide to get hooked. You have an unconscious habit. But you can kick the smoking and vaping habit.
3. Your part of this is easy. It can also be a lot of fun. You'll sit in a comfy recliner, and it will be just like listening to me tell you a story. You'll be awake and alert the whole time. You will be completely in control and you will remember everything clearly. Then you will quit smoking or quit vaping.
